EXHIBITION OF SPEED:
THE MOST FAVORABLE DUI PLEA BARGAIN

An "Exhibition of Speed" misdemeanor charge is probably the most favorable plea bargain that may be offered to drivers charged with DUI but whose blood alcohol content, BAC, is 0.08% or less. Whereas with a DUI or with a "Wet Reckless" it is clear that alcohol was involved, an "Exhibition of Speed" charge is a non-alcohol related offense.

"Exhibition of Speed" is even more favorable then a "Dry Reckless" as it carrys with it a fine and that's it. There is no probation or driver's license suspension associated with "Exhibition of Speed"
