BEST DUI CLASSES:
3 MONTHS, 9 MONTHS, or 18 MONTHS OF A DUI PROGRAM

One of the penalties associated with a DUI conviction is the enrolling and completing a several month program of DUI Classes or DUI School. Every county has lists of places that offer approved alcohol and drug education and prevention services classes, DUI Classes.

Before your Driver's License can be reinstated you will have to complete one of these programs. If your blood alcohol content, BAC was less than 0.20% at the time of your arrest you will qualify for a 3 month program. If your BAC was 0.20% or higher you will need to enroll in and complete a 9 month program.

On a second DUI you will be required to enroll in and complete an 18 month program. On a third DUI you will be required to enroll in and complete an 18 or 30 month DUI program.

If you are trying to get a restricted driver's license you will have to show proof that you have enrolled in an approved DUI Class.
